New River Gorge Bridge

The area of Fayetteville boasts a rich history of its incredible gorge that the New River runs through.  We were quite impressed with over 3,000 foot bridge, had a 1,700 foot arch span and at 876 feet to the ground from the highest part of the span.  We drove a tour around the bridge to the river and over the original small bridge.  Just a beautiful park to explore.
